The panel will consider hypothetical situations based on case law and existing legislation to discuss how to avoid difficult ethical situations that can damage your reputation and your clients’ interests, and can run afoul of professional regulations. There will be a discussion of current Law Society rules, and of situations that could attract potential negligence claims. Topics to be discussed:
